The Fifth Performance Pattern in the series of 9 is The Organizer/Optimizer and how it's highest driving needs are the guiding force behind all behavior.

The ability to predict behavior gives us an enormous advantage in attaining leverage when we are faced with challenges and how to gain higher levels of success in life and business.

The Organizer/Optimizer is the first Performance Pattern to emerge from the category of Motivational Performance and is the extreme side of the Motivational landscape.

Using the LifePrintOS and Technology, everybody has the ability to analyze these performance patterns and will instantly know how to access a person's behavior and how to best to enhance each individual pattern.

The Performance Patterns are only the tip of the iceberg and serve only as an entry point and foundational basis in understanding what drives human emotion and hence behavior. For the most part we will express these performance patterns in different arenas of Life; for instance our personality pattern at home is very different(not always) to the performance pattern being expressed at work or socially, how about the performance when doing the things we love as opposed to doing the things we don't, or, how we instinctively respond when put on the spot, under pressure where there's no time to process... what performance pattern emerges then?

Protective Mindset Performance Patterns: Regimented, Frivolous, Indifferent, Sulky, Attitude​ ​problem, Defiant, Fanatical, Fierce, Misguided, Hostile

Organizers/Optimizers ​are​ ​the​ ​epitome​ ​of​ ​‘organization’​ ​and​ ​have​ ​the natural​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​see​ ​the​ ​end​ ​result​ ​of​ ​any​ ​project and​ ​all​ ​the​ ​steps​ ​and​ ​processes​ ​in-between. They ​are​ ​focused,​ ​organized​ ​and​ ​independent thinker​s ​who​ ​analyze​ ​every​ ​word​ ​whilst​ ​most​ ​people are​ ​still​ ​confused​ ​by​ ​the​ Title.​

Organizers/Optimizers ​sometimes find​ themselves ​a​ ​tad​ ​impatient​ ​with​ ​slower​ ​thinkers and ​often​ ​have​ ​very​ ​firm​ ​beliefs​ ​systems​ ​that​ they adhere​ ​to​ ​and​ ​respect making them most inflexible when it comes to shifting opinions​.​ Organizers/Optimizers will be candid to a fault and will never bother to sugar coat anything, preferably calling it as it is rather than dressing it up. This has a tendency to rub people up the wrong way as their directness often comes across as being too abrasive.

They ​have​ ​a​ ​VERY​ ​strong​ ​moral​ ​compass,​ ​although,​ ​in times​ ​of​ ​over-reaction​ ​you​ ​may​ ​tend​ ​to​ ​become​ ​a little​ ​misguided.

Organizers/Optimizers​have​ ​a​ ​genuine​ ​sense​ ​of​ ​optimism​ , surety and have​ the ​will of determination.​ ​

They will ​love​ ​to​ ​argue​ ​for the​ ​sake​ ​of​ ​arguing​ ​as​ they ​believe​ ​it​ ​shows​ strong character​ and ​they often​ found reveling in playing​ ​devil's​ ​advocate.​ Organizers/Optimizers love ​to​ ​take​ ​risks​ ​and​ ​have​ ​an​ ​affinity​ ​for​ ​backing​ ​the underdog.​ They will ​have​ ​a​ ​quiet​ ​yet​ ​commanding presence​ ​that​ ​can​ ​make​ ​others​ ​feel​ ​a​ ​little uncomfortable​ ​if​ ​not​ ​completely​ ​inferior.

Organizers ​may​ ​tend​ ​to​ ​take​ ​life​ ​a​ ​little​ ​too​ ​seriously sometimes​ ​especially​ ​when​ ​devoted​ ​to​ ​work​ ​and deadlines.​ ​When​ ​things​ ​aren’t​ ​going​ ​according​ ​to plan​ they ​may​ ​find​ themselves ​suffering​ ​from​ ​an​ ​attitude problem,​ ​sulking​ ​like​ ​a​ ​teenager​ ​or​ ​becoming​ ​the​ ​fanatical​ ​dictator​ ​making​ ​sure everything​ ​is​ ​in​ ​its​ ​correct​ ​place and orders are carried out.

The​ ​nature​ ​of​ the ​ORGANIZER​/OPTIMIZER ​energy​ ​is​ ​that​ ​it​ ​tends​ ​to​ ​move​ ​from​ ​extremes. Usually​ ​fiercely​ ​optimistic​ ​or​ ​defiantly​ ​hostile​ and ​always​ ​believing​ they ​are​ ​right​ ​and fighting​ ​to​ ​the​ ​bitter​ ​end​ ​just​ ​to​ ​prove​ ​a​ ​point​ ​or​ ​drive​ ​something​ ​home; compromise​ ​is​ ​not​ ​a​ ​word​ ​used​ ​or​ ​understood​ ​very​ ​often​.

Organizers/Optimizers ​have​ ​a​ ​deep​ ​love​ ​for​ ​animals​ ​often​ ​preferring​ ​these​ ​relationships​ ​to​ ​that​ ​of humans.

Advice For Organizers

If​ ​you​ ​are​ ​someone​ ​with​ ​the​ ​​ORGANIZER/OPTIMIZER​​ Performance ​Pattern ​it​ ​will be​ ​important​ ​for​ ​you​ ​to​ ​feel​ ​Independent​,​ ​in​ ​order​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​you​ ​remain​ ​in​ ​a pro-active,​ ​thriving​ ​state​ ​it​ ​is​ ​‘recommended’​ ​(I​ ​wouldn’t​ ​dare​ ​tell​ ​an​ ​Organizer​ ​what to​ ​do)​ ​you​ ​develop​ ​flexibility​ ​and​ ​gentleness​ ​when​ ​connecting​ ​with​ ​other​ ​people​ ​this will​ ​keep​ ​you​ ​focused​ ​and​ ​optimistic​ ​while​ ​developing​ ​a​ ​healthy​ ​sense​ ​of Significance​ ​for​ ​the​ ​value​ ​you​ ​provide.

Advice For Interacting With Organizers

To​ ​connect​ ​on​ ​a​ ​deeper​ ​level​ ​with​ ​someone​ ​who​ ​has​ ​the​ ​ORGANIZER​/OPTIMIZER ​energy​ ​never tell​ ​them​ ​what​ ​to​ ​do​ ​and​ ​respect​ ​their​ ​boundaries,​ ​speak​ ​to​ ​them​ ​candidly,​ ​don’t dress​ ​things​ ​up.​ ​Be​ ​prepared​ ​to​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​disagree...​ ​a​ ​lot!
