How To Predict Personality Patterns And Understand What Drives Them So You Can Enhance Trust & Deepen All Your Relationships In Life & Business.

Over the next coming weeks I will be writing about the 9 Personality Patterns and how their needs are the driving force behind our behavior whether Pro-Active(encouraging behavior) or Re-Active(discouraging behavior). The ability to predict behavior gives us an enormous advantage in attaining leverage when we are faced with challenges and how to gain higher levels of success in life and business.

Using the LifePrint System and Technology, everybody has the ability to calculate these patterns and will instantly know how to analyze a person's behavior and how to best engage with each individual.

These are only the tip of the iceberg and serve only as a starting point and foundational basis in understanding what drives human emotion and hence behavior. For the most part we will express these personality patterns in different arenas of Life; for instance our personality pattern at home is very different(not always) to the personality pattern being expressed at work or socially, how about the personality when doing the things we love as opposed to doing the things we don't, or, how we instinctively respond when put on the spot, under pressure where there's no time to process... what personality pattern emerges then?

Pro-Active Behavior Patterns: Natural Leader, Airy, Bright, Tactile, Jolly, Creative, Proud, Assertive, Enthusiastic, Talkative, Confident

Re-Active Behavior Patterns: Temperamental , Loud, Aggressive, Irritable, Intolerant, Grumpy, Low​ ​Self​ ​Esteem, Lethargic, Depressive, Egotistical, Mumbling.

Leaders​ are ​originators​ ​of thoughts​ ​and​ ​ideas.​ ​​Natural​ ​born commanders​ ​to​ ​be​ ​looked​ ​up​ ​to​ ​and​ ​respected.​ ​ Leaders will​ ​naturally​ ​organize​ their ​surrounding  environment​ ​to​ ​get​ ​the​ ​necessary​ ​adoration​ they deserve​ ​as​ they ​have​ ​a​ ​strong​ ​sense​ ​of​ ​self​ ​worth.  Leaders ​will​ ​always​ ​have​ their ​eyes​ ​on​ ​the​ ​top​ ​position​ ​if they ​are​ ​not​ yet there​ ​already​ ​and​ ​are​ ​often​ ​seen discussing​ ​ideas​ ​while​ their ​hands​ ​demonstrate​ ​in perfect​ ​synchronicity​ ​to​ ​what​ they ​are​ ​explaining.​ ​ They have​ ​the​ ​natural​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​sweep​ ​people​ ​along​ ​with their ​excitement​ ​and​ ​enthusiasm​ ​for​ ​new​ projects and ​ideas.  While​ Leaders​ ​are​ ​able​ ​to​ ​easily​ ​command​ ​attention​ ​with​ ​head held​ ​high​ ​giving​ ​regal​ ​instructions,​ they ​will always​ ​protect​ ​the​ ​weak​ ​and​ ​defend​ ​the​ ​helpless.  

On​ ​the​ ​flip​ ​side​ ​however​ they ​may​ ​go​ ​through​ ​phases of​ ​becoming​ ​morose,​ ​lethargic​ ​and​ ​even​ ​depressed  if​ they ​feel​ they ​are​ ​being​ ​contained​, ​publicly disrespected or not being heard.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​important​ ​for​ Leaders ​to​ ​get​ feedback​ ​from​ ​others​ ​that​ they ​are​ ​doing​ ​a​ ​good​ ​job and​ ​are​ ​appreciated​ ​however​ ​false​ ​flattery​ ​is​ ​not tolerated​ ​and​ ​is​ ​seen​ ​as​ ​a​ ​weakness.

Leaders ​tend​ ​to​ ​have​ ​an​ ​air​ ​of​ ​superiority​ ​about​ them ​and​ ​being​ ​right​ ​most​ ​of​ ​the​ ​time  doesn’t​ ​help​ ​this​ ​either​ ​as​ they ​are​ ​often​ ​found​ ​using​ ​the​ ​phrase​ ​“I​ ​told​ ​you​ ​so”.  When​ ​things​ ​don’t​ ​go​ their ​way,​ they ​become​ ​grumpy​ ​and​ ​intolerant​ ​of​ ​others​ ​and may​ ​get​ ​quite​ ​loud​ ​and​ ​aggressive​ ​if​ their ​ideas​ ​are​ ​not​ ​being​ ​heard.​ Their ​absolute worst​ ​is​ ​to​ ​be​ ​ignored​ ​and​ ​not​ ​listened​ ​to.   

Advice​ ​For​ ​LEADERS 

If​ ​you​ ​are​ ​someone​ ​with​ ​the​ Leader Pattern​​​ ​it​ ​will​ ​be important​ ​for​ ​you​ ​to​ ​remember​ ​to​ ​believe​ ​in​ ​your​ ​Self​ ​and​ ​your​ ​ideas.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​best​ ​to work​ ​at​ ​developing and generating your own​ ​Significance​ ​first​ ​​instead​ ​of​ ​having​ ​to​ ​prove​ ​it socially/environmentally​​ ​as​ ​this​ ​will​ ​give​ ​you​ ​the​ ​certainty​ ​to​ ​move​ ​forward​ ​and ensure​ ​you​ ​remain​ ​in​ ​a​ ​pro-active,​ ​thriving​ ​state.

Advice​ ​For​ ​Interacting​ ​With​ LEADERS

To​ ​connect​ ​on​ ​a​ ​deeper​ ​level​ ​with​ ​someone​ ​who​ ​has​ ​the​ ​Leader​ Personality Pattern,​ ​it​ ​would​ ​be important​ ​to​ ​genuinely​ ​demonstrate​ ​how​ ​significant​ ​they​ ​are​ ​to​ ​you​ ​and​ ​how​ ​much you​ ​value​ ​their​ ​ideas​ ​and​ ​direction.​ ​The​ ​more​ ​you​ ​listen​ ​enthusiastically​ ​the​ ​happier  they​ ​are.
